My name is Dan, at the time i am 21 years old, currently deployed to kuwait on my second deployment. This is by far the worst deployment i have had just from the fact that this is the first time i have actually left someone behind. I am in love with a girl who goes by the name Janina. She is a wonderful woman who i adore with all my heart. She is my best friend and companion. I will marry this girl one day. We met through some friends and started hanging out with each other on a day to day basis. Before I left for this deployment i fell head over heals in love with her. I had no problem telling her how i felt. I feel like this deployment is rough on us, but at the same time, we are growing closer and closer together. I can't wait to see her again. I have a kiss waiting for her that she will never forget. She turns my world upside down. Most of what i write from here on out, will probably be about me and her just for the fact that talking to her on the phone is the most exciting my day actually gets. Being in the desert, there isnt much to do. I eat and work out. everyday. I hope that she realizes how much i want to be with her, and that i am willing to do almost anything for her (within reason).
